Junction Boxes
AW190 Intelligent Stainless Steel
The AW190S is a stainless steel version of the Intelligent load cell junction box. The AW190S is designed to monitor load cell weighing systems for error or fault conditions. In most applications, the intelligent junction box can be used in place of a standard junction box and does not require an external power supply.
The bright OLED graphical display shows the millivolt output from each load cell, with the facility to view individual load cell outputs, average load cell outputs and excitation voltage.
Up to 4 load cells can be individually monitored per junction box. Fault conditions are displayed on the front screen and a ‘healthy’ volts free relay contact is available for external connections.
AW190 Intelligent Surface/DIN mount
The AW190 Intelligent load cell junction box is designed to monitor load cell weighing systems for error or fault conditions. In most applications, the intelligent junction box can be used in place of a standard junction box and does not require an external power supply.

Load Cell Simulator
The load cell simulator is used for testing and simulated calibration of weighing indicators and controllers.
The unit is powered from the indicators excitation voltage and the mV output is adjusted by a multi-turn potentiometer.
Model 280 Large Display
The Model 280 is designed to be used with weight amplifiers or weight indicators when a remote large digit weight display is required.
It can be linked to all AW intermediate devices such as load cell amplifiers, weigh indicators, controllers and the Intelligent junction box.
Its bright, large, 57mm high easy-to-read digits can be viewed up to 25 meters away. Housed in a stainless-steel case with high ingress protection to IP66, making it suitable for most industrial applications, including harsh, wash-down areas.
PR448 Loss in Weight Controller
The PR448 controls constant rate feeding from a weigh hopper mounted on load cells and fitted with a variable speed feeder It supplies 10VDC excitation to the load cells and amplifies and conditions the resultant signal to produce a calibrated weight reading which it digitizes to a resolution of
65,000 divisions.
From the reduction in this reading and from control and calibration data entered through its front
panel, it accurately controls a 4-20mA output signal to the variable speed feeder, achieving pre-set
target feed rate.
To achieve accurate control immediately after start-up and during open loop control, it stores a profile of feed rate against net hopper weight which it continually corrects during closed loop operation and which it uses both on start-up and during open loop operation.
Fusion Large Remote Display
The Fusion Large Display is designed to be used with the Apollo 565 console when a remote weigh display is required. Its bright, large, easy to read digits can be viewed from a distance of up to 100 meters. Housed in lacquered aluminum casing with ingress protection to IP65 makes it suitable for outdoor use.
Simple setup and configuration.
Supplied complete with floor mounting stand and 10 meters of cable with IP67 sealed connectors each end to interface to the Apollo console.
